I recently had the pleasure of staying at Forte Village Resort - Bouganville, which provided an exceptional gourmet getaway amidst stunning natural landscapes. As a solo traveller from Dublin, my culinary journey began with the resort's impressive array of dining options. The dinner buffet was notably diverse, offering freshly grilled seafood, succulent pork, and tantalising desserts, all enjoyed under a canopy of live music. My days were spent alternating between exquisite meals and engaging in various sports, including stand-up paddling and tennis. The facilities were easy to navigate, with the grounds featuring lush gardens, inviting swimming pools, and well-maintained paths leading to opulent boutiques around the piazza. Children are exceptionally well catered for at the resort. My son relished the activities at their kids' club, a standout compared to other family resorts--thanks to a wonderfully attentive staff and a multitude of options. The beach, with its shallow waters and picturesque view of the mountains, provided a serene backdrop for our stay, allowing us to truly unwind. In all, Forte Village offers a sublime blend of culinary delight and relaxing family activities, appealing to discerning food enthusiasts like myself.
